30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unworn
In their original packaging and condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery, including:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos (if applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made products
Undergarments and swimwear (unless defective)
Perishable or consumable goods
Gift cards and digital downloads

In-Store Purchases
If your item was purchased from a physical Allen-Fitness store, please return it to the same location with your original receipt. Store policies may vary slightly by location.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may still return it once received, following the return guidelines above.
