In 2020, like millions of others, Damian Allen found himself at home — gyms closed, routines disrupted, and the world on pause. But instead of standing still, he started moving.

What began as a personal passion for fitness during lockdown quickly became something bigger: a vision for a brand that would deliver premium activewear without the premium price tag — clothing that performs as hard as the people wearing it.

That vision became Premium Fitness & Activewear.

Damian started this brand with nothing but a lockdown, a laptop, and a belief that great activewear should be accessible. He's still hands-on in every part of the business today.
