30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Returns are completely free — we'll cover the cost of return postage.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition with tags still attached
• In the original packaging where possible

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return.

Refunds & Exchanges

We offer both refunds and exchanges. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@fitnesssportswear.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 working day
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office
