EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request via the Returns & Cancellations link in our store footer, or contact us at bestfitnesssportswear@gmail.com before the period expires.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled by submitting a cancellation request through your account.

Once we receive and inspect returned items, we will refund you to your original payment method without undue delay, and no later than 5-10 days after receiving the goods.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return Contact us at bestfitnesssportswear@gmail.com or submit a request via your account. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom/personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges Return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If 15 business days have passed since approval with no refund, contact us at bestfitnesssportswear@gmail.com.
