Allen-Fitness Customer Return Policy (Updated 2025)

Easy 30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Please ensure you keep your original receipt or proof of purchase, as it’s required to process your return.
If a receipt cannot be provided, we may offer a store credit instead.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
In original condition, unused, and unwashed
Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact
Free from wear, damage, or signs of use
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery to confirm it meets your expectations and is free from defects.
Items Excluded from Return
For hygiene and customization reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include:

Perishable or consumable goods
Gift cards and digital downloads

How to Start a Return
You have two convenient options to initiate your return:

2. In-Store: Bring your items to your nearest Allen-Fitness location with your receipt
For online returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refund & Processing Times
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your return within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you choose an exchange, we’ll dispatch your replacement as soon as your return is confirmed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
